"We have recently completed a significant home renovation with drawings and consenting information provided by Joost. We are very pleased with the outcome of the project and would highly recommend Joost for other such projects.
The drawings were accurate, clear and easy to understand and Joost was able to achieve all of our objectives within the existing building envelope which was a key factor for our project. The project involved two new bathrooms, moving bedrooms and creating an open plan kitchen. The work included engineering design and resource consenting.
Joost helped us to obtain the resource and building consents which went smoothly through Council and we were able to get accurate pricing from the builders. The project is nearly complete and the builders found the drawings easy to understand and all of the details were included.
