In this free consultation I'll find out what you'd like to do with your existing house or what plans you have for new build
Proposal

I will prepare and provide you with a proposal of my services that includes the scope, any additional consultants required (e.g. engineers), indicative timeframes, fees and T&Cs
Site visit

If you like to go ahead, I will visit your site or property to measure it all up
Concept design

I'll then develop a concept in 3d, with plans and layouts to give you a good idea how the end result will look like
Final design
Final design
After you have given your feedback on changes you'd like to see, I will incorporate these and present you with the final design. You can use this design to get quotes from builders or quantity surveyor
Resource consent
Resource consent
If the design is not within the rules of the district plan, I will prepare the plans needed for resource consent and can put you in touch with a professional who can guide you through the process
Building consent
Building consent
Once I have received the input from a structural engineer or other consultants (when this is needed), I will finalise the documentation needed to obtain building consent. I‘ll liaise with the council throughout this phase and work with the council to obtain the consent approval on your behalf
